Since 1876 Canoso has been dedicated to the production of wines from the Soave area. Recognized as the oldest DOC in Italy, the terrain was sculpted by the explosion of the Calvarina volcano. Our vines are grown in mainly black, volcanic soil and therefore rich in mineral salts which give our wine a characteristic and pleasant note to the palate.
