We were always passionate about sharing our expertise with the young generations. Already in the ‘90s we contributed to the establishment of the first Italian School for Pizzamakers. Our managing partner Michael Cortelletti has often presented at the Master in Tourism Economics and at the Master of Management in Food and Beverage of SDA Bocconi in Milan. Further, since 2013 Michael Cortelletti holds the Food and Beverage Management class at Modul University in Vienna.
